Having worked with dozens of growing businesses, we witnessed first-hand just how much time & money was wasted on running manual processes in spreadsheets. And the reason for this dysfunctional status quo was that spreadsheets, as inefficient as they were, were the only solution that was flexible enough and could be adapted without needing technical skills.
We thought "there has GOT to be a better way!" and saw the potential of Generative AI for developing much more adaptable, connected software - that puts users back in control and evolves with their workflows.
So here we are - on an ambitious mission:

Our story
The founders Oana & Pascal met at Faculty - a leading applied AI firm in London, where they led the development of a decision intelligence platform from the ground up. They bonded over their shared values, nerd-iness, and love of hiking.
Combined, they bring two decades of experience in applying AI to streamline operations. They have helped hospitals, government departments, and private organisations operate more efficiently by building AI solutions that automate their processes.
Oana Bradulet, CEO, has a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Manchester and over a decade of experience working in design and product roles, with a focus on data-driven, complex B2B products. She has extensive experience building successful B2B and B2C products.
Dr Pascal Bugnion, CTO, has a PhD in Theoretical Physics from the University of Cambridge and over a decade of experience working in software engineering roles, with a focus on Machine Learning.
